holding the egg between your thumb and fingers, with the small end pointing
forward. When scanning auras you should be able to feel warm and cold places.
Cold places indicate blockages and warm places indicate areas that are totally
clear. You can use the egg to open the blockages. These smooth eggs can also be
used to soothe sore areas on the body. Always move the egg in a downward motion
trying to draw the pain out either through your hands and feet or through the
chakras. Then cleanse the chakras thoroughly.
